Delivery
We will either use Royal Mail recorded standard (2nd class) delivery service to despatch smaller orders, or Collect + courier delivery (Yodel) for larger packages, which is a trackable service. Therefore when ordering you must use an address where someone will be present to sign for your parcel, eg your place of work - or if not, make sure you leave a note to advise the driver or postman where to leave it (eg with a neighbour, at your own risk). We will pack and despatch your parcel within 2 working days of receiving your order and delivery will take up to 3-5 working days after that. NB: if you have entered a local North Norfolk postcode and selected our free delivery service, this may be done by Norfolk Heatwave in person.
